Automotive Parts Group
The Automotive Parts Group distributes automotive replacement parts, accessories and service items throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australasia, France, the U.K., Ireland, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal. In North America, more than 725,000 parts are sold primarily under the NAPA brand name, widely recognized for quality parts, quality service and knowledgeable people. In Europe, the company is rolling out the NAPA brand of quality products and serves each country under a variety of banners, including GROUPAUTO, Precisium Group, Pièces Auto, UAN, Alliance Automotive Group, PartsPoint, Lausan and SOULIMA. GPC Asia Pacific serves the Australasian markets primarily under the Repco and NAPA brand names.
There are ~5,960 NAPA Auto Parts Stores and 52 DCs in the U.S. that are all known for quality parts and unmatched parts availability.
There are 13 DCs and ~700 UAP retail stores in the Canadian network, including both NAPA Auto Parts Stores and Heavy Vehicle Stores.
Alliance Automotive Group is a leading automotive parts distributor in Europe with 78 DCs, ~740 Company Owned Stores and ~1,640 Independent Affiliates throughout France, the U.K., Ireland, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
Repco is the largest automotive parts reseller in Australia and New Zealand with 14 DCs and ~530 Stores across both countries.
Industrial Parts Group
The Industrial Parts Group is represented by Motion Industries in North America and Mi Asia Pac in Australasia. The Industrial Parts Group provides access to more than 19 million industrial replacement parts and supplies for more than 200,000 MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) customers in all types of industries. These include equipment and machinery, food and beverage, primary metals, pulp and paper, mining and automotive, among others.
Since its beginning in 1946, Motion Industries has grown to become a premier industrial solutions company in North America. In January 2022, Motion NA acquired Kaman Distribution Group, a leader in the Industrial Market.
